There are a lot of online options out there, which is why I will continue to provide the level of depth and detail in coaching that helped EFL become a go to resource in Portland for clinicians and massage therapists to send their patients in order to learn how to move better.
Rather than give workouts we teach the underlying principles of how your joints move, the mechanics of exercise and relevant technique details so that you know how movements should look and feel, and so you can adapt those movement principles into other exercise and activities be it hobbies or work.
I am happy to offer you 2 weeks to try out online coaching for free so that you can get a feel for how it works, how it is different than most, and if you enjoy it.
