We are now one week away from our opening party and the Elemental Fitness Clinic!
There are a few spots left for the clinic so you better head over here and reserve your spot. Not only will your $50 get you a fitness educational experience that otherwise doesn’t happen in Portland, but you will be supporting local kids that rely on the Boys & Girls Club to help them stay active and healthy.
And remember that Coach Dos has sweetened the pot by offering FREE his 2011 Power Training/CST Workout Cards to everyone that signs up.

And since the Oregon Brew Fest is happening the entire weekend chances well above average the above scene will be replayed. But you need to show up at the clinic and do work with us before doing work on pints.
