Elemental Fitness Lab (EFL) provides instruction and an optimal environment to develop physical literacy and fitness training.

Our purpose is to improve each person’s awareness of how to move, how to improve, and how to manage their own physical well-being, or physical literacy. The principles that guide our coaching facilitate the ability of each member to move better, improve mobility, strength, endurance, and the capacity to more fully enjoy whatever activities and sports they enjoy.

Membership options include semi-private, private, and periodic personal training to accommodate your needs and schedule.  The private, semi-private, and periodic options also include customized written programs tailored to each person’s specific goals and needs, available for use when training with a coach and on your own. This ensures results for every member. We also offer a trial package ($100) that includes 4 semi-private training sessions and an individualized program.
